Registered Nurse Practitioner RNP OR Physician Assistant PA for a Holistic Women’s Wellness Medical and Aesthetic Practice

We are an established holistic functional medicine women’s wellness practice in gorgeous Thousand Oaks, CA. Our mission at HERA Health Care, with an aesthetic location nearby ( HERA Beauty and Wellness) is to provide holistic comprehensive compassionate medical care that is also aligned and consistent with modern medicine. Our patients can get the best of both worlds: wellness and beauty.

At the WELLNESS site (HERA Health Care) we offer regular model insurance care, as well as concierge care with expanded time visits, hormone therapy, OB/GYN services, anti aging and restorative medicine services and at the BEAUTY site, we are committed to using safe and effective minimally invasive laser, and other technologies that benefit and enrich patient’s lives and relationships by boosting and supporting their self-esteem and confidence in their appearance, while we support them with IV therapy, peptide therapy, weight management solutions

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for holistic wellness and has an interest and some experience in Bio Identical hormone therapy as well as a love for helping our patients with their aesthetic needs. We are growing and seek a hardworking, high energy Mid level CRNP or PA-C, with a passion for helping women and men look and feel their best. Candidate must be willing to train, learn and continue to grow with our team. Ideal candidate will have some experience with all aspects of our practice, but if do not we are willing to train as long as your personality and values match ours.

The Position:

• Be a leader of the day-to-day activities of our growing practice.
• Along with the supervising Physician and Practice Manager, establish systems, long term treatment plans and protocols for all patients; both new to the practice and those already established.
• Assist in managing surgical preoperative & postoperative care including direct patient communication via phone calls & emails.
• Follow the brand driven customer service training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Physician.
• Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective referral sources
• Conduct client consults and treatment plans and educate clients on all offerings of HERA Beauty and Wellness
• Leverage resources and tools provided by the practice to enhance adoption of our branded experience
• Cross-sell procedures and products that complement treatments and enhance results
• Synergistically work with our management, ownership, and support team
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to detailed charting and documentation of patient treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Actively contribute to our business marketing strategy

This is a full-time position minimum 4 days/week: Base Salary + *Benefits Package

Salary: $65-75 hourly pay – annual salary $135-155,000 K depending on experience and qualifications (paid Bi-weekly)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
