Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing men’s health practice. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing hormone optimization therapy (HRT/TRT), wellness protocols, and preventative men’s health services, while delivering an exceptional concierge-level experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive men’s health evaluations
- Diagnose and manage hormone deficiencies (TRT)
- Prescribe and monitor hormone therapy and related treatments
- Review and interpret labs
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing follow-up and patient education
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with Medical Director and leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
- Active California NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- Experience in hormone therapy, men’s health, or functional medicine preferred
- Strong understanding of TRT protocols and lab interpretation
Pay: $55.00 – $150.00 per hour
