Our team includes 3 highly regarded radiation oncologists, 3 medical oncologists, 1 breast surgical oncologist, as well as an extensive list of other BASS Medical Group specialists to provide patients with the most comprehensive care possible.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing breast surgical oncology team. As an integral part of our clinic, you will play a vital role in the care of patients with benign and malignant breast diseases. This dynamic position will involve a combination of outpatient clinic duties and operating room responsibilities. In the clinic, you would independently manage patients with benign and malignant breast diseases for consults, follow ups, procedures, as well as pre- and post-operative visits; additionally, you would order, interpret, and deliver imaging and pathology results In the operating room, you would first assist the breast surgical oncologist, prep the cases, and ensure all orders are submitted. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the advanced practitioner will have the opportunity to attend weekly breast tumor board conferences, participate in accreditation meetings, and support our in-house clinical trials.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience required in breast surgical oncology, other surgical specialties, or other oncology specialties.
- Familiarity with the EPIC medical record system preferred.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- State licensure and board certification are required.
Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $175,000 to $225,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
