**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. **Duties:**
– Under the supervisiong of the attending physician, provide medical care to oncology and hematology patients, including but not limited to conducting physical exams, performing bone marrow aspirations, and ordering diagnostic tests.
– Communicate with patients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner.
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance patient care.
– Stay current with the latest medical research, best practices, and industry developments.
**Requirements:**
– Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
– Current certification as a Physician Assistant.
– Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of California.
– Strong diagnostic evaluation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
– Commitment to staying current with the latest medical research and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
