Full Job Description
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (no call, no weekends)
- Manage patient care in outpatient setting
- Average Daily Patient Census: 18-20 patients
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages; primarily adults/senior base
- Dedicated support staff of nurses and medical assistants
- Scheduled weekly administrative time ~40 mins each day

- Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Unrestricted California State Medical License
- Current California DEA certificate
- EMR Proficient
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
- 1+ year experience working in primary care
California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
