Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings. This role involves assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and performing various medical procedures. The Physician Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive medical services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories from patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, providing appropriate follow-up care.
- Perform procedures such as dermabrasion, IV infusion, and administering injections.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks for documentation and management of patient records.
- Provide emergency medicine support as needed, including catheterization and neonatal ventilator management.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inpatient care practices and protocols.
- Proficiency in performing esthetic laser treatments.
- Experience with discharge planning processes.
- Ability to administer injections safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
