Optimum Wound Care is looking for a skilled Physician Assistant to provide high-quality wound care in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, and private homes. This mobile role is ideal for a PA who values patient interaction and flexible scheduling outside a traditional clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with chronic or acute wounds
- Perform dressing changes, debridements, and other wound care procedures
- Collaborate with patients, families, and facility staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management
Requirements:
- Active California PA license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical skills and experience in wound care, geriatrics, or home health preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
