Full Job Description

Vitality Integrative Wellness is a multidisciplinary medical practice dedicated to providing innovative, non-surgical treatments for patients suffering from spinal and joint conditions. Our patients often experience challenges such as herniated or bulging discs, cartilage loss, ligament or tendon damage, neuropathies, muscle imbalances, and arthritis.

We specialize in regenerative and progressive therapies, including:

  • Ozone/Prolozone Injections
  • MAH (Major Auto Hemotherapy) IVs
  • Myers Cocktail IVs
  • Alpha 2 Macroglobulin (A2M) Injections for osteoarthritis
  • Tissue Allograft Injections for orthopedic conditions in joints (commonly knees, low back, cervical spine, and shoulders)

Our practice also offers Functional Medicine, an individualized, patient-centered, and science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team, bringing a passion for regenerative medicine, physical medicine, and alternative therapies. The ideal candidate is proficient in or open to learning advanced procedures, such as joint injections, regenerative treatments, and IV therapies, and is committed to a holistic approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical examinations and review medical records
  • Consult with patients to understand their concerns, explain diagnoses, and develop care plans tailored to their needs
  • Recommend and oversee comprehensive treatment plans for chronic and degenerative conditions
  • Administer advanced regenerative treatments, including Ozone/Prolozone, A2M, and Tissue Allografts
  • Perform joint injections in areas such as knees, shoulders, hips, and the spine
  • Deliver services with precision, care, and a patient-centered approach
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, care plans, and preventive practices
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in regenerative medicine and functional medicine

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Proven clinical experience in a clinic or similar setting
  • Expertise or willingness to gain proficiency in regenerative medicine procedures (e.g., Ozone, Prolozone, A2M injections)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
  • Ethical, patient-focused, and positive mindset
  • Familiarity with nutrition, physical therapy, or rehab is a plus
  • Experience with joint and trigger point injections, facet joint injections, and Vitamin IV therapies (e.g., Myer’s Cocktail) is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $63.00 – $73.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
