Thrive Men’s Clinic is a dynamic, personalized, and welcoming medical practice looking for an attentive and caring PA or NP to join us.
Overview:
Our practice’s primary focus is to address men’s health concerns, with a primary focus on the diagnosis and treatment of male hormone deficiency. We are committed to providing comprehensive and personalized care that optimizes men’s health and well-being.
Additional Services:
In addition to hormone replacement therapy, we offer a range of ancillary treatments to address various aspects of men’s health, including IV therapy, ED therapy, and peptide therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and manage male hormone deficiency and related conditions.
- Prescribe and administer hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone injections and other medications.
- Provide patient education and counseling on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and treatment plans.
- Interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood draws and hormone level assessments.
- Collaborate with physician to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in men’s health and hormone therapy.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in CA
- Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, or a related field- preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of the clinic
Job type:
- Part-time: 16 – 24 hours per week
- Potential to transition to full time based off patient demand
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours of operation based on patient demand
- 2-3 days per week (8 hours per day)
