About the Role

ENT Group of Los Angeles (ENTGLA) is seeking a talented and motivated Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team, delivering five-star care to patients in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Our state-of-the-art Tarzana facility, located adjacent to Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, is home to a collaborative team of 8 physicians, 1 speech-language pathologist, and 3 audiologists.

Why Join ENTGLA?

We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and a collegial, high-performing work environment. Our practice includes subspecialists in pediatric ENT, laryngology, rhinology, sleep medicine, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and head and neck surgery.

At ENTGLA, PAs are valued as essential members of the care team. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced setting with strong clinical mentorship and outstanding medical assistants and front-office staff. We’re committed to your long-term success and autonomy.

Training & Clinical Experience

You’ll begin with a structured onboarding program, rotating one-on-one with our physicians to gain confidence in ENT care. As your clinical skills and independence grow, your responsibilities will expand accordingly.

Most visits involve in-office procedures, so a strong interest in minor interventions is essential. Our physicians are always available for guidance with complex cases.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Performing common procedures such as flexible endoscopy, cerumen removal, nasal cautery, and office biopsies
  • We anticipate expanding our office hours to evenings and weekends with your assistance to better serve our patients.

Qualifications:

  • New graduates welcome
  • Second language skills highly preferred; however, staff can assist with translation
  • Strong procedural aptitude and interest in outpatient ENT
