Full Job Description

Our mental health residential treatment program is seeking a well-experienced Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to perform patient initial and follow-up visits via video confrencing/telehealth. Typical diagnoses of our clients are major depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, and schizophrenia.

***Must have at least 3 years experience as a licensed Psychiatric NP / PA or family medicine NP / PA with 3 years psychiatric experience.***

1. You will complete patient follow-up visits 5 days per week (Onsite)

2. Additional responsibilities include: medication management and administering, ensuring psych medications are effective and the clients’ needs are being met; changes to psychiatric medications as needed; assessing clients’ satisfaction with treatment; noting any adverse reactions to medications and recommending to the Medical Director medical changes; You will be on call for clinical/medication questions by staff during the day.

Salary: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
