Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care + Occupational Health Modesto, CA | 13-Week Contract | Weekdays Only
Join a well-supported onsite health center serving employees and their families at a large local employer. This is a stable, Monday–Friday day-shift role with no nights, weekends, or call. You will provide primary care, basic occupational health, and episodic care for patients ages 2 and older.
Assignment Details
- Dates: January 5 to April 3 (13 weeks)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, 60-min meal break
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
- Ages Seen: 2 years and older
- EHR: EPIC
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in primary care; occupational health and women’s health preferred
- Extension: Possible while a permanent clinician is identified; agency-to-permanent option
- Setting: Modern onsite clinic with predictable patient volume and strong medical support

Requirements
- NP or PA license in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Comfortable with primary care, acute episodic needs, and basic occ health
Recommended Range: $78–$95/hr depending on experience and urgency
