Full Job Description
We are a boutique primary care practice with a lovely patient community in Santa Monica with 7 physicians. Our practice is based on lower patient volumes and higher quality experience for our patients. Our patients have a 1-2 hour physical with their primary care annually as well as same day access most of the time to our office 9-5pm and weekends 9-1230.
We are looking for:
1- An PA/NP as an extension of our model to help with overflow of patients that don’t fit as easily in our schedules for same day access as well as coverage for providers when they are on leave.
2 – An NP/PA to join one physician as an extension of her practice alone in managing emails, patient calls and seeing urgent care visits.
We may initially consider this as a hybrid position with mornings dedicated to one physician practice and seeing overflow for the group in the afternoon and this may eventually become two positions or if the right fit prefers parttime first we could hire for one or the other separately.

Pay: Up to $110.00 per hour
