Experienced NP/ ARNP/ PA Injector Job description:
We are an exciting, well-established medical aesthetics practice in North San Diego County. With locations in Carlsbad, San Juan Capistrano and Rancho Bernardo, we offer a range of professional skincare and minimally-invasive cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser skin rejuvenation, body shaping, and more. We seek an experienced Injector with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team. We believe that building relationships is the key to our success. This professional will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of laser and medical skin treatments. This role is vitally important in ensuring a superior patient experience in our clinics, so we are looking for that combination of strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
Treatments:
  • Knowledge and skills to perform Injectable treatments
  • Understanding of professional products within the MedSpa
  • Knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols
  • Interacts cooperatively with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience
  • Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
  • Adhere to high professional image standards such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
  • Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
  • Actively builds repeat clientele
  • Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
  • Assist the MedSpa team whenever asked
  • Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements
  • Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
  • Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
  • Mentor new team members to help them grow and thrive
  • Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Adheres to work schedule and has a good work ethic
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Sets and achieves goals and targets
Consultations:
  • Perform consultation with new and existing clients per the outline provided
Desired Qualifications:
  • Valid NP/ARNP/PA License
  • Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications
  • Special skills/Certifications: Injectables
  • Experience with MedSpa Injectables
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and follow-through
  • Passionate about the spa industry
  • Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
  • Driven and self-motivated

Pay Range: $75-$80 per hour + commission
