Physician Assistant Wound Care

We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join our team! You will work in multiple settings, such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and dermatologic wounds

• Change dressings
• Perform medically necessary debridement
• Establish a plan of care and work within protocols established by the medical director
• Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions for the patient population
• Communicate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in the patient’s condition

• Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling

Qualifications:

• Physician Assistant License

• Must be able to pass all background checks
