With light patient volume, a flexible schedule, and malpractice coverage provided, this role is perfect for a confident, autonomous provider who is ready to make an impact in urgent care! What You’ll Do: ✅ Evaluate & Diagnose: Perform thorough patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and determine the most appropriate treatment plans. ✅ Treat Acute Conditions: Manage minor injuries, infections, fractures, and other urgent medical needs with care and efficiency. ✅ Prescribe Medications: Provide prescriptions for necessary medications as part of the treatment process. ✅ Perform Procedures: Conduct suturing, splinting, wound care, and incision & drainage as needed for patients in urgent care. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 2+ years of experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine. ✔️ Must have a California license and be confident working autonomously. ✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. ✔️ Strong communication skills and compassionate care approach.
