- Familiar with standard Urgent Care Procedures (I&D’s, Suturing, Nail Removal, and Splinting).
REQUIREMENTS
- Active ACLS.
- Active DEA.
- Active NPI.
- Valid and Current CA PA or FNP LICENSE.

- 12 hour Shift
- Flexible rotating 2 on, 2 off, 3 on schedule (then rotate)
- Full Time (at least 7 shifts per two weeks).
- Part Time (at least 5 shifts per two weeks).
SALARY:
$140,000 – 300,00 (including bonuses and base pay raises)
Work Location: San Jose at 1 of our 8 Clinics

Pay: $140,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 36 – 85.5 per week
