Full Job Description
The Integrative PA’s primary responsibility is the management and coordination of patients cared for as part of this center with an emphasis on collaborative management, education and continuity of outpatient integrative care. The PA must have the ability to prioritize multiple urgent issues at the same time care for patients with a variety of complex diseases and General Medicine anomalies. The PA will work closely with providers and be responsible for the creation, evaluation, and assessment of workflows and processes for panel management programs related to Integrative Health, Oncology, and long-term continuity of care in an ambulatory setting. The PA is critical to the clinical level of care provided in this clinic and will work with all support staff to achieve the highest level of continuity of care for patients in an outpatient setting. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $89.39 – $120.66 (Hourly Rate).

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of formal advanced training in integrative medicine (fellowship integrative medicine, board certification in integrative medicine, or the equivalent) AND/OR three or more years of direct patient care in integrative medicine and/or evidence of formal/reputable training in integrative health
- Exceptional clinical skills in integrative medicine
- Three (3) years of experience as a Physician Assistant in an Oncology/ Cancer Care service
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with interprofessional teamwork and collaboration
- Leadership in the clinical practice of integrative medicine
- Experience in medical or interprofessional education
