Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and cleaning wounds, applying appropriate dressings, and ensuring proper healing through regular monitoring.
- Patient Interaction: Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Documentation: Document wound conditions, treatments, and patient responses, ensuring accurate records for ongoing care.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 Year of Wound Care Experience Preferred, New Grads accepted
- Skills: Proficiency in electronic records, strong communication, and teamwork skills
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation
