Full Job Description
An established multispecialty surgical practice in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. Candidates will work primarily work in a clinic setting, round in the hospital and assist in surgery as needed. Local providers with an active CA State License will be considered first.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position – mix of general surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery and surgical oncology
- Monday-Friday schedule
- NO call or weekend requirements requirements
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose conditions through physical examinations, medical imaging, and laboratory tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- California State License
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
