Job Description:As a Physician Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our medical team to provide excellent healthcare services to our patients. You will assess, diagnose, and treat various medical conditions, perform routine check-ups, and manage ongoing patient care. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical exams, assess health history, and diagnose medical conditions.
- Provide treatment plans, including prescribing medications as needed.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and perform therapeutic interventions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and lab results.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current California Physician Assistant license.
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinical setting (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
