Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in various medical settings, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. This position requires a strong background in internal medicine and acute care, with an emphasis on effective data management and patient interaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and obtain detailed medical histories.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including IV infusions and dermabrasion when necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Manage patient data using electronic health record systems such as Epic to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Provide education to patients regarding their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of medical practices.
- Adhere to established clinical standards and protocols within the clinic environment.
- Assist in the management of patients requiring dialysis, ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field from an accredited program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and state licensure.
- Strong knowledge of internal medicine practices, acute care protocols, and relevant medical procedures.
- Proficiency in data management systems, particularly Epic or similar electronic health record platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Experience in performing dermabrasion or other skin treatments is preferred but not required.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the medical field.

Pay: $128,006.00 – $132,695.00 per year
