Physican Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting, which includes performing patient treatments, conducting physical exams, performing patient assessments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), preoperative visits and post surgical care. This position requires experience in both primary care and specialized medical environments. The PA-C or NP will work collaboratively with the physician and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Duties
- Perform patient treatments, conducting thorough physical exams and detailed patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions related to HRT and post-operative care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Manage laboratory work and treatment for HRT and post-operative care, utilizing effective pain management strategies.
- Provide care in specialized areas such as women’s health and post-operative recovery.
- Participate in research and continuous training to stay current with healthcare best practices and innovations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner training.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, with appropriate state licensure.
- Experience in women’s health, primary and/or surgical care is highly preferred, with proficiency in aesthetics considered a bonus.
- Proficiency in conducting physical exams, patient assessments, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour
