Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a focus on working with individuals with chronic conditions. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while adhering to HIPAA regulations and promoting health coaching practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient management.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and preventive care.
  • Perform medical procedures such as nasal endoscopy, debridement, cauterization and ear cleaning. Assist the surgeon with office procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide emergency medicine support when necessary, ensuring timely intervention.
  • Engage in health coaching to empower patients towards healthier lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure to practice.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to advancements in healthcare practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
