Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated individual and dedicated Bilingual Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the practice, is passionate about patient care, and is interested in expanding their skills in ENT procedure.
Responsibilities– Provide patient evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans under the supervision of the ENT specialist
– Assist in performing specialized procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty, Vivier and Rhinier
– Collaborate with physician and staff to deliver comprehensive care
– Manage patient follow-ups, review diagnostic results, and make treatment recommendations
– Educate patients on procedures, post-care, and overall health maintenance
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
– Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to ENT care
Requirements– Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
– Prior experience in ENT or surgical specialties is preferred but not required
– Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
– Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Willingness to learn and grow with the practice

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Bilingual: 1 year (Required)
- Otolaryngology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)
