Position: Adult Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Kaiser Permanente – Redlands Medical Center

Contract Duration: ASAP – 6 Months

Hourly Rate: $130 (W2)

Vaccination Requirement: Preferred (Waivers will be considered)

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional care at Kaiser Permanente – Redlands Medical Center. This role involves delivering Population Health services through a hybrid model of virtual and in-person care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including preventative care, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma), women’s health (PAPs), and medication management.
• Provide virtual care 4 days per week (combination of video and phone appointments) and in-person care 1 day per week.
• Manage an estimated patient load of:
• Virtual: 24 patients/day (20-minute video and 10-minute telephone appointments).
• In-Person: 20 patients/day.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active licensure.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• 1 year experience as NP/PA within the last 3 years. (Specialty: Primary Care/Population Health)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR (Health Connect – Kaiser Permanente’s version) is preferred.
• Telemedicine experience is a plus.

Credentialing:

• Estimated completion time is 12 weeks from the date of application submission.

Telemedicine Details:

• Virtual care includes video and telephone-based appointments.
• Telemedicine services may be conducted onsite as required.
