Full Job Description
Integrated Clinix is hiring for a mid-level practitioner to perform in home visits for wound care as well as primary care visits as needed.
Current volume is minimal but will grow as our provider is able to grow.
Visit will consist of performing wound care with application of amniotic grafts as necessary. We also have a contract therapy company and visits will be as needed to perform visits to homebound patient in order to admit to home health care.
Compensation will be per visit rate:
$100 per encounter
$100 for application of amniotic graft
We are looking for coverage in the Porterville, Visalia, and Fresno areas.
You will be assigned patients and then will follow that patient as needed on a regular basis. The wound care is usually performed 1 time per week on a schedule, so it’s best to be able to have a set day per week that visits can be performed, but you can schedule at your own convenience.

Pay: $100.00 – $200.00 per hour
