Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Kaiser Permanente, Panorama City
We are actively hiring an Adult Primary Care NP/PA to join Kaiser Permanente – Panorama City on a 6-month contract with options to extend.
Position Details:
- Location: Kaiser Permanente – Panorama City
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (with extension options)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Setting: Outpatient clinic (Ages 18+)
- Patient Load: 20-24 patients per day
- Duties: Primary care outpatient, cold/flu surge support, acute case management (including diabetes care)
Requirements:
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- COVID-19 vaccination & booster required
- Experience in Adult Primary Care
- Comfortable managing acute cases
- Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 days
