Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
Location: Palmdale, CA
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Term: ASAP-6 months with ability to extend
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30a-5:00p with every other weekend (Same Hours). Will have days off during week when working weekend shift.
Pay Rate: $120-$130/hr
An outpatient clinic in Palmdale, CA is looking for Family Medicine Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. Provider will cover mostly in person patients with some telephone consults.

Qualifications of Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
- Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- Furnishing License for NP
- Board Certified
- Proficiency in EPIC
- COVID vaccine and one booster required
- 1 year Family Medicine experience within the last 3 years required
Duties/Responsibilities of Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:
- Provide standard primary care- flu, colds, sickness
- Provide diabetes management and chronic disease care
- Document patient care in medical records
