Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or PA with strong aesthetic expertise, great energy, and values that align with a patient-first culture. This role is ideal for a confident injector who wants to grow within a supportive practice and is open to expanding into wellness and functional medicine services over time.
Role Overview
This position is primarily focused on aesthetic medicine, including injectables and advanced aesthetic treatments. Experience in wellness and functional medicine is a plus but not required. Providers without prior wellness experience must be willing and excited to learn, as structured training and mentorship will be provided.
What You Will Do
- Provide patient consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans
- Skillfully perform aesthetic treatments tailored to each patient’s goals
- Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-care instructions
- Respond thoughtfully to patient questions, needs, and expectations
- Apply best practices and stay current on aesthetic techniques, trends, and safety standards
- Provide in-clinic Good Faith Exam (GFE) support as licensure permits
- Ensure patient safety and uphold clinical excellence at all times
- Recommend appropriate retail products and complementary services
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory
- Follow established treatment protocols, policies, and SOPs
- Accurately document patient encounters, maintain charts, and capture before-and-after photos
- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through excellent care and communication
- Attend trainings, meetings, and continuing education sessions
- Assist with other clinic duties as needed
- Participate in occasional travel to other locations for training or support
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of California, in good standing
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (required)
- Strong confidence with both neurotoxins and dermal fillers, microneedling, lasers
- Comfortable creating and executing comprehensive treatment plans independently
- Professional, warm, and patient-focused demeanor
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Interest in wellness services (HRT, weight loss, IV therapy) is a plus — training provided
- Team-oriented, growth-minded, and aligned with a values-driven practice
