What are we looking for:

We are in search of the next talented, outstanding, and dynamic Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team and be a part of our family!

We are looking for a full-time PA who has excellent bedside manners and clinical skills. They will join our team of highly skilled Board-Certified Pain Physicians in helping within skilled nursing facilities under the supervision of a PM&R physician. With our growth, future opportunities are available.

PM&R (Physical medicine and rehabilitation) experience not required.

Job Requirements:

  • Perform comprehensive PM&R evaluations, Consultations, and Follow-up visits.
  • Prescribe medications, order and interpret laboratory testing and imaging when clinically appropriate, all according to PRC Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to optimize patient experience and outcomes.
  • Education of nursing and therapists on-site for delivery of best care.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians of various specialties for continuity.
  • Documentation of all patient interactions with the use of electronic medical records (Elation Health).

Personal Qualifications:

  • Expert-level clinical acumen.
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Caring and compassionate to patients, staff, and colleagues alike.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • PA-C or FNP certified by the respective board.
  • Current license to practice in the state of California.
  • Current DEA license.
