Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Department: Family Medicine

Clinic Locations: Newport Beach, CA, Placentia, CA

Scheduled Work Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. As a Family Medicine NP, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families across all ages. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage common health conditions, as well as collaborate with physicians and other healthcare

professionals to ensure optimal patient care. The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner will report to the Medical Director.

The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner may perform, including, but not limited to, the following services:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, providing evidence-based treatment and care plans.
• Prescribe medications, order tests, and provide referrals to specialists when needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management of chronic conditions.
• Perform routine health screenings, immunizations, and preventive care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide support and counseling for mental health and behavioral issues as part of holistic care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and improve the quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to privacy and legal requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in family medicine and healthcare best practices.

Experience/Education/Training/Licensure

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and/or Master of Nursing Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner License
• Active and unrestricted DEA Certificate
• CPR Certified
• Strong clinical knowledge in family medicine and patient care.
• Ability to work independently, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with regenerative medicine filler injections is desirable but not required.
• The Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner may perform, including, but not limited to, the following services:

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
