Pain Management and Injury Relief (PMIR) is seeking a Physician’s Assistant to join our outstanding clinical team. We specialize in care for patients with acute and chronic pain and provide non-surgical solutions to help them get back to their life before pain.

Responsibilities & Skills
- In-depth understanding of pain mechanisms and medication management
- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of physician
- Evaluates the outcome of patient care
- Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved practice protocols
- Observes patient and documents condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, and health maintenance
- Arranges referrals, consultations, diagnostic testing, therapeutic services, and confers with other specialist on course of care and treatment
Education & Experience:
- PA requires a PA license
- 3+ years of experience with a spine or pain management
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medications, schedule I – V
- Knowledge of worker’s comp, PI lien, and some insurance understanding
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent organizational skills, and high attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $60.00 – $95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
