Interventional Pain Management at Napa Valley Orthopaedic Medical GroupImmediate practice opportunity available for a full-time PA working with highly regarded Interventional Pain Management Physician.This premier Northern California multidisciplinary orthopaedic/pain management group uses minimally invasive techniques and state-of-the-art technology, employing modern procedures with enhanced patient outcomes and accelerated recovery rates.
Responsibility highlights:
· Conducts clinical assessments of office patients with appropriate documentation.
· Office practice to include individual schedule.
· Identify patients for interventional pain procedures/minimally invasive surgeries.
· Performs special clinical procedures under the direction of the attending physician. (ie: injections, intrathecal pump management)
· Medication management
· The Physician Assistant may perform preoperative histories and physicals.
· Experience preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time:
· 4 day work week
· No call schedule
· No nights
· No Weekends

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Graduate of an AMA accredited Physician Assistant Program required. Licensed as a Physician Assistant in California, BLS and basic CPR certification required. DEA certificate holder preferred.
