OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, utilizing their expertise in outpatient services. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Experience with eClinicalWorks and knowledge of coding practices is preferred.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in an outpatient clinic environment.
- Implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising physician or other healthcare professionals
- Order and Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Utilize eClinicalWorks for patient documentation, coding, and management of electronic health records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of CA.
- 2-4 years family medicine/primary care experience
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese )
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with outpatient care.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is highly desirable, EMR .
- Knowledge of coding practices related to medical billing and documentation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
