Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2 years min expierence to join our healthcare team PART-TIME 20Hrs per week, 8Hrs on Monday 8Hrs on Thursday and 4Hrs on Friday, 20Hrs total, Schedule is flexable tho, 2 Full days and 1 half day per week.
Requirements: – Conduct clinical assessments and provide patient care in various medical settings, give referrals, medications, and sending to Hospital if necessary under our Group.
2 days in the field at Nursing Homes and Board and Cares with a Driver driving you for transportation and 1 half day in Office Clinic, must have DEA #
– Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans, will have Medical Director on call at any time for any questions or concerns, with Patients.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $61.00 – $71.00 per hour
