About The Role:
Amazing opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing Family Practice group. This is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the Modesto, CA area. Great base salary, with 10k-15k sign on bonus, productivity incentives available, retention payment and full benefits. Office is open Monday-Friday no weekends, you can choose 4×10 or 5×8 schedule and can be flexible. The NP or PA will assess, evaluate, diagnose, treat, monitor patient’s response to treatment, promote health and protection from diseases, and coordinate care for illnesses of and injuries of patient’s from newborn (From 36 weeks adjusted gestation) to adolescents and adulthood with the collaborating/supervising physician. Perform history and physical examination, order and provide initial interpretation of diagnostic testing and therapeutic modalities such as laboratory tests, medications, treatments, and diagnostic imaging, record progress notes, perform routine immunizations, coordinate with supervising physician for complicated or complex clinical cases, initiate appropriate referrals, counsel and instruct patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate. Assess, stabilize, and determine the disposition of patients with emergent conditions consistent with policy. Must have a California state PA or NP license. For new grads, the practice has an Advanced Training Program.
Schedule:
Full time No Weekends!
Practice is open Monday-Friday. You can choose 4×10 or 5×8 schedule and can be flexible.
