CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is a rapidly growing provider of occupational health services with over 50 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled PA or NP to join our team.

Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Schedule: Variable (Days, Nights, Weekends)
  • Pay Range: $79.00-$81.00

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures, including suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, and foreign body removal (subcutaneous and ocular).
  • Provide occupational health services, including DOT exams and treatment of workers’ compensation injuries.
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
  • Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a healthcare team.
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
  • Active PA or NP license in the applicable state.
  • Current DEA license.
  • BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.

  • Organized and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the clinic and the client
  • Provides a welcoming, respectful, and compassionate experience for all patients
  • Willing to travel to various client locations within California
