We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Float Team, based out of Martinez, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform therapeutic and minor surgical procedures, including injections, immunizations, suturing, and burn care.
- Provide comprehensive occupational medicine services, such as DOT exams and treatment of Worker’s Compensation injuries.
- Conduct pre-employment physicals with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts.
- Document patient information efficiently using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead a healthcare team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent bedside manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program.
- Current State PA or NP license, DEA license, and BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of $65-75/hr, based on experience.
