Full Job Description
We, OSVI Dermatology and Surgery Institute, are looking for a personable, driven, and detail-oriented Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our boutique dermatology team in Manhattan Beach, CA. This is the primary location of our growing practice. This is a rare opportunity to work in a thriving, patient-focused environment that blends medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology with a strong culture of collaboration and education.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive skin exams and diagnose a wide range of dermatologic conditions
- Conduct minor procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, etc.)
- Assist with and perform cosmetic treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, lasers – based on experience/interest)
- Educate patients on skincare and preventive care
- Document patient care efficiently via EMR
- Partner closely with our dermatologists and our clinical team to deliver exceptional, personalized care
What We’re Looking For
- Current, unrestricted California PA/NP license
- 2+ years of dermatology experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and bedside manner
- Passion for dermatology, aesthetics, and patient education
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Pay: $180,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
