Job Description:

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Precision Health Center, you will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. Your responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, collaborating with other medical professionals, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards. Fluency in Vietnamese is preferred to better serve our Vietnamese-speaking patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in line with established medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient care and health outcomes.
  • Engage with the Vietnamese-speaking community to better understand their healthcare needs and challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual required (English and Vietnamese).
  • Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in family practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Proficient at using EHR/EMR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $75-90 per hour (depending on experience)

Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
