Your Day-to-Day
- Facility Visits: Travel to skilled nursing facility patients to perform derm rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
- Wound Care Expertise: Provide expert care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds.
- Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.
What we’re looking for
Non-negotiables:
- Licensed Nursing Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Licensed to practice in California
- Open to traveling and working in various cities across Greater LA, and once or twice a month to the San Diego area.
- Comfortable treating geriatric and complex patient populations.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about making skin health accessible
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Qualifications):
- Wound debridement experience is a plus!
- Must be comfortable performing hands-on wound debridement when needed.
Preferred candidates:
- 2 years of experience in a dermatology or related practice preferred
- 2 years of experience rounding at SNFs preferred
- 2 years of surgical experience preferred
