Full Job Description
Job SummaryAs a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our board-certified orthopedic surgeons to provide high-quality patient care in both clinical and surgical settings. You will play a vital role in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and post-operative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and histories
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative management
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the orthopedic surgeon
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options
- Perform joint injections and other minimally invasive procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current PA-C certification and state licensure
- Previous experience in orthopedic surgery or related field preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
