About the Role:The Community Health Center is seeking a compassionate and bilingual (English/Spanish) Physician Assistant to join its dedicated team in East Los Angeles. Working under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, this position provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, reproductive health, and health education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
- Deliver routine preventive and primary care services
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
- Order and interpret routine labs and diagnostic tests
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
Requirements:
- Current California license as a Physician Assistant
- Valid DEA license and professional liability insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- TB clearance and current immunization records (MMR, TDAP, Influenza, COVID)
- Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
