We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: The ENT Physician Assistant will work closely with our Otolaryngologist to provide high-quality care for patients with a variety of ENT-related conditions. This role involves both clinical and surgical responsibilities, ensuring comprehensive care from diagnosis to treatment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical exams related to ENT issues.
- Diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat conditions under the supervision of the ENT physician.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures in-office, such as ear tube insertions, biopsies, and nasal endoscopies.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up appointments.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as CT scans, MRIs, audiograms, and other relevant studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate within the scope of practice.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
- Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions such as sinusitis, hearing loss, and allergies.
- Provide patient education on preventive care, treatment plans, and post-surgical recovery.
- Coordinate care with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system (EMR).
- Stay current with developments in ENT treatments and technologies to offer the best patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of ENT disorders, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual speaking preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the medical team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
