What You’ll Do:
- Travel to patient locations to deliver advanced, specialized wound care services.
- Perform thorough wound assessments and design personalized treatment plans for complex wounds.
- Execute advanced procedures, including debridement, dressing changes, and cutting-edge treatments.
- Educate patients and caregivers on effective wound management and prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and holistic care coordination.
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation using an advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Who You Are:
- A licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for advanced wound care.
- Experienced in wound care, with the confidence to work independently in a mobile setting.
- An exceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and caregivers.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable navigating EMR systems and mobile tools.
