Watts Healthcare Corporation is seeking experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants for; Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, and Women’s Health departments to join our team! Excellent benefits and sign-on bonus offered.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient’s condition,
- Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Discuss cases with physician and other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner training program and certification by the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
- A license to practice nursing in California.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in an outpatient health care setting.
- Familiarity with patient care.
- Good verbal and written communication.
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS:
All patients are subjected to COVID screening and are required to wear a mask when not receiving treatment. All staff members must be fully vaccinated.
