Urgently Hiring for Wound Doctors : Per Diem Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants with Wound Care Expertise
Locations: Palmdale, Santa Clarita, and Los Angeles, CA
Are you a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in wound care? We’re looking for experienced and compassionate professionals to join our team on a per diem basis, providing essential wound care services across a range of care settings—including nursing homes, hospice patients, and home healthcare environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver specialized wound care treatment and management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Work autonomously in the field, visiting patients in various locations.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to make informed decisions and provide high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital-based experience.
- National Certification from AANP or ANCC.
- Active NPI number.
- Demonstrated expertise in wound care treatment and management.
- Excellent clinical judgment, up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices, strong observation, and communication skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Satisfactory results on a pre-employment physical exam, including TB test or chest X-ray (per agency policy).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Strong professional judgment and the ability to collaborate and escalate concerns as needed.
