Centro Medico Community Clinic is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to underserved communities. With multiple locations across Riverside, Corona, Los Angeles County, and San Bernardino County, we serve patients of all ages, focusing on accessible, patient-centered care. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about improving access to healthcare for underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice.
  • Perform minor procedures as required by the practice.
  • Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using [Insert EMR System].
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current and unrestricted state license as an NP or PA.
  • Board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
  • CPR and ACLS certification (preferred).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour
