ENT Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Mobile Skilled Nursing Facilities
Pay: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Onsite Mobile Dental is expanding our clinical services to include mobile ENT care for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across Southern California. We are seeking an experienced ENT-aligned Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide medically necessary ENT services onsite, working independently with ENT physician oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Provide ENT evaluations and follow-up care for SNF residents
- Perform comprehensive ear exams and cerumen (earwax) management
- Evaluate and manage common ENT conditions, including:
- Hearing-related complaints
- Otitis externa and otitis media
- Chronic or recurrent ear conditions
- Nasal and sinus-related complaints (within scope)
- Coordinate referrals to audiology and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with nursing, PCPs, speech therapy, and facility staff
- Document clearly to support Medicare Part B billing
Practice Model
- Mobile services delivered onsite in skilled nursing facilities
- ENT physician oversight provided (no onsite accompaniment required)
- Flexible scheduling; part-time to start with opportunity to grow
- Administrative coordination, scheduling, and facility access provided
Requirements
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active California PA license
- ENT clinical experience strongly preferred
- Individual NPI
- Medicare Part B enrollment (or willingness to enroll)
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance
Preferred
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
- Strong cerumen management skills
- Geriatric care experience
- Spanish proficiency (preferred, not required)
